Image Eye v8.0 has been released. This major new version of our completely free Image Viewer application takes it into the new decade of parallel computing. When decoding and manipulates images, it now takes full advantage of modern CPU’s, exploiting both data and task parallelism – combining concurrent multi-core support with SSE2 and SSSE3 SIMD vector-instructions.
